Important Information\r\n- This Guarantee applies only to **full cash purchases of pre-owned vehicles.**\r\n- It is available exclusively on vehicles **owned and retailed by MY NAGHI.**\r\n- The following costs are **non-refundable under all circumstances:**\r\n    - Paint Protection Film (PPF) or any additional services\r\n    - Registration and ownership transfer fees\r\n    - Insurance costs\r\n    - Delivery and logistics fees\r\n\r\n- The Guarantee may be used **once across all brands of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Group.**\r\n- MY NAGHI reserves the right to **decline or limit eligibility** in cases of reasonably determined misuse or abuse of the Guarantee.\r\n- Vehicles used for **commercial purposes** (such as rental or taxi services) are **not eligible** for this program.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## 3. Return Process\r\n- The customer must submit a return request within the eligible period through one of the following official channels:\r\n    - In writing to the **Branch Sales Manager** at the showroom where the vehicle was purchased\r\n    - Through MY NAGHI's official **customer care channels** (e.g., call center, WhatsApp, or registered email address)\r\n    - Via the **MY NAGHI website or digital platform**\r\n- The return request is considered valid only once it has been:\r\n    - **Received and logged in the MY NAGHI system,** and\r\n    - **Acknowledged by MY NAGHI through an official confirmation**\r\n- Upon approval, the vehicle must be returned or made available for collection within **24 hours.** If the vehicle is not returned within this timeframe, MY NAGHI reserves the right to withdraw the return approval.\r\n- The vehicle will undergo a **technical and visual inspection** to confirm compliance with these terms. Inspection results will be communicated in writing to the customer.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## 4. Refunds\r\n- Upon successful inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within **14 (fourteen) business days**\r\n- Refunds will be made to the **original payment method and in the name of the original purchaser**\r\n- MY NAGHI reserves the right to deduct:\r\n    - Charges for excess mileage (if applicable)\r\n    - Costs of repairing damage beyond normal wear and tear\r\n    - Any administrative or third-party costs incurred due to the return\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## 5. General Provisions\r\n- MY NAGHI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Guarantee at any time by giving the customer notice of such change. Such changes will only apply to transactions occurring after the date of amendment and shall not affect Guarantees already granted to customers who purchased their vehicles prior to the withdrawal or modification of the Guarantee.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## 6. Definitions\r\n\r\n**Delivery Date** means the date on which the vehicle is handed over to the customer and the customer, or the customer’s authorized representative, signs the delivery note or any equivalent vehicle handover document confirming receipt of the vehicle.\r\n\r\n**Commercial Use** means any use of the vehicle for business, income-generating, or professional purposes, including but not limited to rental, taxi, ride-hailing, chauffeur services, delivery services, transportation of goods or passengers for payment, or any other use that is not solely for private personal use.\r\n\r\n**Misuse** means any use, handling, operation, or treatment of the vehicle that is improper, negligent, abusive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with normal personal vehicle use. المفاتيح\r\n    - المستندات\r\n    - الملحقات\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## .2  معلومات هامة\r\n- يسري هذا الضمان فقط على عمليات الشراء النقدي الكامل للمركبات المستعملة.\r\n- يقتصر هذا الضمان على المركبات المملوكة والمباعة من قبل ماي ناغي.\r\n- التكاليف التالية غير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظرف من الظروف:\r\n    - طبقة حماية الطلاء (PPF) أو أي خدمات إضافية.\r\n    - رسوم التسجيل ونقل الملكية.\r\n    - تكاليف التأمين.\r\n    - رسوم التوصيل والخدمات اللوجستية.\r\n- يمكن الاستفادة من هذا الضمان مرة واحدة فقط عبر جميع العلامات التجارية التابعة لمجموعة محمد يوسف ناغي.\r\n- تحتفظ ماي ناغي  بحق رفض أو تقييد الأهلية في حال ثبوت سوء استخدام أو إساءة استخدام الضمان بشكل معقول.\r\n- المركبات المستخدمة للأغراض التجارية مثل التأجير أو خدمات الأجرة غير مؤهلة لهذا البرنامج.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## .3 إجراءات الإرجاع\r\n- يجب على العميل تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال الفترة المحددة عبر إحدى القنوات الرسمية التالية:\r\n    - خطياً إلى مدير مبيعات الفرع في المعرض الذي تم شراء المركبة منه.\r\n    - عبر قنوات خدمة العملاء الرسمية الخاصة بـ ماي ناغي مثل مركز الاتصال أو واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني المسجل.\r\n    - من خلال موقع ماي ناغي الإلكتروني أو المنصة الرقمية.\r\n- يُعتبر طلب الإرجاع صالحاً فقط بعد:\r\n    - استلامه وتسجيله في نظام ماي ناغي ، و\r\n    - تأكيده رسمياً من قبل ماي ناغي.\r\n- بعد الموافقة، يجب إعادة المركبة أو إتاحتها للاستلام خلال 24 ساعة. وفي حال عدم إعادة المركبة خلال هذه المدة، تحتفظ ماي ناغي  بحق سحب الموافقة على الإرجاع.\r\n- ستخضع المركبة لفحص فني ومرئي للتأكد من الالتزام بهذه الشروط، وسيتم إشعار العميل بنتائج الفحص خطياً.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## .4 الاسترداد\r\n- بعد اجتياز الفحص والموافقة، سيتم إصدار مبلغ الاسترداد خلال 14 أربعة عشر يوم عمل.\r\n- سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية وباسم المشتري الأصلي.\r\n- تحتفظ ماي ناغي بحق خصم:\r\n    -\tرسوم المسافة الزائدة إن وجدت.\r\n  - تكاليف إصلاح الأضرار التي تتجاوز الاستهلاك المعتاد.\r\n    - أي تكاليف إدارية أو تكاليف تخص أطرافاً أخرى ناتجة عن عملية الإرجاع.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## .5 الأحكام العامة\r\n●  \tتحتفظ ماي ناغي بحق تعديل أو تعليق أو سحب هذا الضمان في أي وقت بعد إشعار العميل بذلك. وتسري هذه التعديلات فقط على العمليات التي تتم بعد تاريخ التعديل، ولا تؤثر على الضمانات الممنوحة مسبقاً للعملاء الذين اشتروا مركباتهم قبل سحب الضمان أو تعديله.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\n## .6 التعريفات\r\n\r\nتاريخ التسليم: يعني التاريخ الذي يتم فيه تسليم المركبة إلى العميل ويقوم العميل أو ممثله المفوض بالتوقيع على سند التسليم أو أي مستند مماثل يؤكد استلام المركبة.\r\nالاستخدام التجاري: يعني أي استخدام للمركبة لأغراض تجارية أو لتحقيق دخل أو لأغراض مهنية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر التأجير أو خدمات الأجرة أو تطبيقات النقل أو خدمات السائق الخاص أو خدمات التوصيل أو نقل البضائع أو الركاب مقابل أجر أو أي استخدام آخر لا يقتصر على الاستخدام الشخصي الخاص.\r\nسوء الاستخدام: يعني أي استخدام أو تعامل أو تشغيل أو معاملة للمركبة بطريقة غير صحيحة أو مهملة أو مسيئة أو غير مصرح بها أو غير متوافقة مع الاستخدام الشخصي المعتاد للمركبة. ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، القيادة المتهورة أو السباقات أو الاستخدام خارج الطرق المخصصة أو التحميل الزائد أو استخدامها في أنشطة غير قانونية أو عدم اتباع تعليمات الشركة المصنعة أو العبث بأنظمة المركبة أو أي فعل أو امتناع قد يسبب أو يحتمل بشكل معقول أن يسبب ضرراً أو استهلاكاً مفرطاً أو مسؤولية قانونية أو انخفاضاً في قيمة المركبة.\r\nتقرير الفحص قبل التسليم: يعني تقرير الفحص أو قائمة التحقق أو الصور أو السجل الرقمي أو أي مستند آخر يتم إعداده أو اعتماده من قبل ماي ناغي قبل تسليم المركبة، والذي يوضح حالة المركبة وعدد الكيلومترات والمواصفات والملحقات والمفاتيح والمستندات وأي عيوب أو ملاحظات ظاهرة وقت تسليم المركبة إلى العميل.\r\n\r\n___\r\n\r\nتخضع هذه الاتفاقية وتُفسر وفقاً لأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية، ويخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الاتفاقية أو يتعلق بها لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.\r\n",1787251119076]
